ORDERS
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept PayPal and all major Credit/Debit Cards.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us at support@cooshtee.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.
SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely FREE on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the United States takes approximately 7–15 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
My tracking hasn’t updated in a few days. What should I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed. If there is no update after 5 business days, please contact us at support@cooshtee.com and we will investigate.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
How do I request a refund?
Email us at support@cooshtee.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Do I need to return the damaged item?
In most cases, no. We may ask for photo evidence but will not require you to ship the item back.
