At Cooshtee, operated by SIMPSON PRISMATECH SOLUTIONS LLC, we take pride in the quality of every order we ship. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. OUR REFUND POLICY — OVERVIEW

We only accept return and refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item received does not match the description or the order placed (wrong item, wrong size, wrong color)

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect address entered by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:

  • Submit your request within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Provide your order number
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
  • Contact us at support@cooshtee.com before returning any item

Requests submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  1. HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

Step 1 — Email us at support@cooshtee.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — Order #[Your Order Number]" Step 2 — Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the item Step 3 — Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days Step 4 — If approved, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method

  1. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit/Debit Card)
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
  1. REPLACEMENTS

In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a free replacement as an alternative to a refund. Replacements are subject to product availability.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING

We do not require you to return the damaged or incorrect item in most cases. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Do not ship any item back without prior written approval from our team.

  1. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

The following are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

  • Orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
  • Requests submitted outside the 30-day window
  • Items marked as final sale
